Data Processing Agreement
This Data Processing Agreement describes how GoldenTik processes personal data on behalf of its customers. We act as a data processor, process data only on documented instructions, apply appropriate technical and organizational measures, and support our customers in meeting their own data-protection obligations. A signed DPA is available to customers on request.
